Now that the cladding remediation and installation are finished, it’s ideal moment to show you all the incredible progress our teams have made.
University Square, Southend is a modern residential development designed specifically for students attending University of Essex. With four distinct blocks, the tallest reaching a height of 10 stories; this campus is a significant part of the local landscape and community.
We are proud to have partnered with United Living Group & University of Essex to transform the iconic “Lego Buildings”, into a sleek, modern facade which will be a lasting home for over 500 students.
