Set within the heart of West Ealing, London Luminosity Court is a contemporary residential development spanning over 9 floors

We were commission by Kier Construction Ltd  to strip the existing cladding and remediate the substructure then re-clad using new Aluminium and Terracotta Cladding. The original insulation and cladding used on the building was non-compliant with limited combustibility standards, necessitating the removal and replacement of the existing cladding. We were responsible for all stages of the project; design, supply and installation.

This renovation has resulted in a visually striking façade that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also meets the latest fire safety and quality standards.

Scope

The scope of our work included the full removal and remediation of all external cladding and insulation with A-rated non-combustible materials.

The building remained fully occupied at all times with minimal disruption to the residents. Some issues were discovered with the existing structure which increased our involvement and also required co-ordination with other specialist Sub-Contractors appointed by the Main Contractor.
